Vision Hyundai of Canandaigua

I give a 1 star. As loyal vision buyers from Hyundai and vision kia we're perplexed. I bought a used Hyundai with a complete warranty. I live over an hour away and have a busy work schedule. I've been calling about moisture and water in the headlight since week 1. They said I need to come show them. By the time I can get a day off from work each time the moisture is evaporating. This time I am off work and finally can come show them in person (because they won't accept pictures). Now they say it's not overed because of time. I've been begging since the week of purchase and now they won't cover anything. So much for that extended warranty. We're in the market for 2 more vehicles as my husband and I need personal vehicles (and not the work commuters that I bought here) and I'll drop my 40k plus elsewhere where a warranty is honored. Lesson learned. Sorry vision, we were loyal for many vehicles until your lackadaisical and "sorry oh well" attitude. We're very disappointed.

I went in for a oil change, asked about a price on new tires, to my surprise the dealership was cheaper then Dunn tire, and the gentleman I spoke to even offered me a car to drive while mine was being worked on. I have never experienced such great service!!!!

I stopped in for a inspection. As expected I needed four tires. What I didn't expect is Vision had a great selection of tires at very reasonable prices. My advisor gave me a great deal and had them on my car very quickly. EXCELLENT customer service and very convenient. I will do all of my service work with Vision Hyundai now.

Great service, always good doing business with them. This is my second car with Vision Hyundai and it has been a pleasure each time.

They explained the details of the purchase very well. Made sure all my questions were answered and that I was completely satisfied. I am a very happy customer.

The price that they gave me was more than fair. The only thing that I will suggest is to never change at all the way that you attend to your customers is perfect.

They are great I have been coming here for quite some time and I have never had any isusues with anybody everything has always ran smoothly.

Hyundai is a great brand. This is my 3rd vehicle. Sometimes the service lacks as far as time spent talking to customer. Last time was the first time it took 3 calls to get an appt. First 2 messages were never replied to. Overall I totally recommend the brand and the dealer....vision Hyundai Canandaigua.

I am well satisfied I came in to make an appointment for regular oil change and was told they could to the car the same day. I had to wait less than an hour I had a word search book with me so the time passed by even faster. Everybody was very helpful everything was explained to me. I was made to feel important and that I was the reason for their work, not an interruption of their time. The tires were rotated and everything was checked out for me. I just want to say that I really appreciate everything tat was done for me.

Salesman will work with you to try to get you a good deal. Fast response. Good people to deal with. Honest I had a great experience working with Doyle. Excellent service!

No pressure at all to buy. I originally went to look at a used odyssey but ended up buying a 2013 accord with a great price. I dealt with a salesperson Rin who just couldn't do enough for me. Very courteous.

Excellent Service but decide for yourself I have never had anything but a great experience. Everyone in the waiting room can't say enough about the way they are treated here from sales to service. THEY GIVE YOU FREE OIL CHANGES AND FREE LOANERS! Where else do you get that kind of service?

Our experience at Vision Hyundai was amazing! I leased my 3rd Hyundai from this dealership (2013 loaded Santa Fe!) and my husband leased his first Hyundai (2012 Sonata Hybrid!). The salesmen and manager were so helpful and answered all of our questions. The dealership is very tidy and appealing on the inside and out. The salesman also showed us how to use all the gadgets in our new cars. He even hooked up our Bluetooth and got us started on our BlueLink accounts. We could not have been more happy with our experience and we will absolutely come back here for our next cars when the leases are up!

I can't say enough good things about the Service Department... Yesterday I stopped in on my drive home because the Air Bag light came on. Not only was I worked in, my SUV was inspected & the oil changed!! Thank you Vision Hyundai!!
