Enchanted Construction

Very disappointed. Contacted Josh Allen and customer service about my hallway carpet coming apart because it has 5 seams in just one hallway strip. We are having to replace it ourselves and we had the issue in less than 2 years after house was built. Now our foundation after 2 1/2 years is now sinking. Had a crack in dining room ceiling which they did fix and now we have 2 more cracks in other ceiling areas in the house. They will not willingly fix any problems after closing so think twice before buying a home from enchanted construction.

House is 6 years old. Need a new roof because of wind zippering which is a result of them trying to nail shingles too fast. Have reached out to them and the shingle supplier to no avail. They should do something since this is their fault. They avoid people, and the conversation I had on the phone with someone from there was terrible. Rude! And supposedly Christian. I highly doubt that.

No integrity! Be careful when they are driving on the road! Don't trust them!
