Testing "Getting it right" to the customer is a major element of probe card manufacturing. The latest equipment is used to insure our probe cards meet our customers individual requirements. Each probe is measured in all dimensions for best possible performance. Alignment, planarity, leakage, and resistance checks are all a part of our standard tests that are performed in providing the best to our customers. Production The key to successfully meet our customer needs is a production group that can deliver a probe card in a timely manor without error for a price that will leave the accountants smiling.
