Unbelievably poor business sense. Upon buy a used CD that would not play in my car stereo for $5.95, I reentered the store to obtain a refund. Employee took off with my CD for 10 min. No explanation. I heard him test the CD and upon his return he informed me he could only refund 76% of the purchase price-those were the rules. He would not go to my car but suggested I replace my CD player in the car. The back and forth bickering lasted nearly a half-hour-all for less that $2.00. The employee informed me he made minimum wage and the location would do just fine financially if I never entered the store again. Astonishingly poor policies-I certainly will never go back. I can shop on-line hassle free and preferred to support local business. What a joke.

The costumer service SUCKS read yelp as well... selection is ok... But prices are high, they give you no money on trade ins, they won't give you your money back in a return... and all of their staff is just down right HORRIBLE!!!



While in line the clerk JEFF was talking about how he hates gays and blacks... and in the return line I was laughed at and called dumb for asking for my money back...WTF.



Horrible store! Btw the manager won't do anything... He is the one who laughed at me for returning something.... A$$
