It's exceptional and HONEST. I went to Autotrend because my mother had work done on her Toyota there. She took her car to the Toyota dealership multiple times for the same problem, but they couldn't find the problem or fix the car. One trip to Autotrend - and the problem was found AND solved.

They have very thorough service. They are very courteous and on time. They're shop is very clean, which I think reflects on a business's quality of work, especially an auto repair facility.

That Dave and his crew are great and they deliver what they say they will. My cars are in and out no matter what the problem and they explain in detail what needs to be done and when. They are not pushy at all, and make sure my car is totally safe before returning it to me. They also make it very easy to deliver you car there and to pick it up. I would not find another repair center, they are a reason NOT to take your car to the dealer.
