Nexcar

Very disappointed in this dealership! Promises broken. Word not kept! Bought three cars from Steve Courey and was always well taken care of. This is a very poor replacement!

I got a car from Nexcar in March,2016. I asked for a warranty ,but was told that it had a new transmission and I couldn't get a warranty for the car. Also, as I was being shown the car the salesman broke the passenger door handle. I was told that nexcar would order a new one and install the handle when it came in.--- I am still waiting.
Within a week of buying the car, the transmission starting giving me problems ( new HUH!!) I took it to my mechanic and was told it was going into "LIMP" mode. I took car back to dealer and they "put in a good harness?" After another couple of weeks-- the same problem with the transmission and I can't get them to do anything-- not even replace door handle.
It is now July24,2016. Nexcar said it would pick up my car and check transmission Friday or work out another deal on another car. Also a replacement of my door handle they broke and would fix is there and they will fix that-- WELL HERE I AM STILL WAITING
