I was traveling from out of town and found this salon on Google. I couldn't be happier that I chose to call for an appointment. They were very accommodating, even though I called with short notice. The salon was clean, with pleasant music and friendly staff. The woman who did my nails (presumably the owner) was very knowledgeable and thorough. I had an acrylic fill with gel polish and she knew that the light color I had selected would require a darker first coat to give the desired depth of cover. Her attention to detail in filing gave a nicer finished result than I've ever seen. I was also impressed that as customers walked in the door, she called them by name and obviously had a good relationship with her clientele evidenced by their kind responses and queries about her family. Will definitely return if I am ever in this area again!

Provided by SuperpagesI received a gift cerficate for Christmas for M&T Nails and finally decided to use it in time for a special beach trip. The one lady, who wasn't even taking care of me, kept insisting repeatedly that I use the gel nail polish. I declined SEVERAL times and said I was happy with the color I picked out. She said that they had a color very close to what I picked out and that the gel would last longer and was better and easier to remove. After being pressured several times to use the gel, I reluctantly agreed. I got a mani/pedi with a simple design (letters) on my nails. They charged me $81 for this!! Turns out the gel nail polish that the girl kept INSISTING I use, they charge an extra $25 for it, which was never mentioned!! I was there for over 2 hours for mani/pedi!! When I looked at my nails the next day, I noticed there was paint on the skin on the sides and missed spots. The letters look terrible. And day 4 the polish was chipping off! I will NEVER go back!!!! Don't be fooled here!
I LOVE this place. I've been going there for about 9 months and wouldn't consider changing. The thing I like most? They pay attention to YOU. The last place I went, they were constantly jibbering to each other and not always paying attention. I actually had one of the owners of my previous place not even look at my foot the entire time she was scrubbing away with the pumice. At M&T, Nate and his wife pay attention to you and talk to you while you're there. Nate does a FANTASTIC job.

Provided by SuperpagesGreat place! Not too too expensive! You should try to make an appointment though, it gets busy. Once you go though, you will want to come back again and again. Owners speak perfect English, caring, and always remember you and your life. Great people to talk to while getting beautiful nails done!
