St. Francis Pet Hospital

Took my little kitten in for a respiratory infection yesterday. I brought her in for an emergency visit, although i am grateful they could get me in that same day, the vet that examined her was very rude and out of line with telling me she needed to have a leukemia/blood test. I told him not at this time, since i am on a budget. But he just went on and on about it basically telling me he didn’t want to treat her for her infection or worm’s with out it! Then he scolded me about her having flea’s and not bringing a stool sample? No one told me to bring one, so it wasn’t my fault! I wanted to tell him he could go to blazes and walk out, but my baby need the medicine. Already charged me $225.00 but kept insisting i need to pay more! Even the girl intern was snobby with me! I guess it was an inconvenience to squeeze us in but i paid an extra $40.00 for it! I used to bring my Shepard here but after this experience i will mot return. All they care about is spending money, they charge way to much anyway! Rude ass people here! My advise is to find a vet that actually care’s about you and your pet!

The best of the BEST. They have saved my Joy Joy in the past with an emergency C-Section surgery and all her pups. They take the best of care of all my pets. I trust all my pets with Dr. Bob. I refer many others to this clinic and Dr. Bob. In my 50+ years of owning/breeding dogs, I have never been as happy as I am with Dr. Bob. Dr. Bob does not pamper me but pampers my pets with his concern being for the animals and what is best for them. I do not like Vets to tell me what I want to hear but tell me what is best for my pet and this is exactly how it should be. This is a TOP NOTCH pet clinic and Dr. Bob is a TOP NOTCH Vet.

The doctors and staff at SFPH are wonderful and caring. I have brought my dogs here for years and they have always treated them well and answered any questions I have had. Prices are reasonable and can't beat the convenient locations (I have been to both!)

brought our cat in, due to ear infection. Dr. was rude and not caring. he did not know what he was doing, a week later took him to horse and hounds vet and he is going in for surgery tomorrow which he needed in the 1st place.
