- Tom & Luella Hanes and family established Wally's Old Fashion Pizza in 1978. The family had little money at the time but decided to proceed on faith. They had five children ages 8-17 and every family member worked in the business. The Hanes family made a commitment to produce traditional old style pizza and make it affordable for customers. As a result, many friends and a loyal customer base have been built over the years. Today, Tom & Luella still occupy a home directly behind the original location in Cambridge, Ohio and remain actively involved.
