        Founded in 1982, Channel Marker is a nonprofit organization that serves Caroline, Dorchester and Talbot counties in Maryland. It provides community-based rehabilitative services for youths, families and schools. The organization offers services in the areas of independent living, job readiness and vocational, and interpersonal social and illness management skills, as well as provides leisure and recreational opportunities.
