Fresh Shell Station

This is the place to take your car for inspection. George is a character and a fun guy, but a straight shooter too. My wife and I have been taking out cars there for twenty years. Usually they pass quickly and without fuss. On three occasions he’s found something that needed fixing and he took pains to show me the problem. Once a battery that was almost dead; once seriously worn front brakes; once a badly dented wheel rim from hitting a curb several days before. In each case he made the needed repairs and his price was much lower than a dealer would charge.
Under no circumstances confuse this Shell station with the Mobil station nearby. Those guys are scoundrels and will try to convince you that things need fixing that don’t. Several friends have fallen victim to them and now take their cars to Fresh Pond Shell where there are no such worries.
