        Apparently, Drybar's request that you not be late for your appointment only applies to the customer - not the store. I had an appointment for 4PM, arrived at 3:55PM and finally had to leave at 4:30PM because I knew I would not be able to get my hair done and get back to my hotel in time for an event. Then the company had the nerve to send me an "Oops. I guess you forgot your appointment email!" Also, there is no way to file a complaint with the corporation on their website (no email for customer service). I did leave a message but not surprisingly, I have not received a return phone call. I will NEVER use Drybar, again!
