        Overall

        Avoid at all costs. They left me stranded at LAX. Sorry sir we did not know your flight was late. They only had 11.5 hours (Air France from Paris) to figure it out. We will be right there in 3 hours to pick you up! "We do not check the airline web site to see if the flight is delayed."
