Oscar Alteration

When I dropped off the dress everything was great and he told me it would be ready is six days. I called the day of and he confirmed it was ready. I arrived 3 hours later to pick up. He made us wait 40 minutes while he fixed a dress for some who wasn't there. Then pulled our dress down and started to tailor it!! He worked in it for another 30 minutes while I sat. Then my daughter tried it on it is bunched on one side because instead of taking a little of both straps he it it all off of one!! I said I was not happy and he told me it was not his fault. I didn't want to argue I just wanted to get our dress and get the heck out. Instead he started to tell me why I was wrong for being unhappy!! I waved the money at him and said just please give me my dress. He said it is not about money it is about me understanding it is not his fault. This man is not about good customer service at all. I will tell anyone who asks not to go to him.

I recommend this tailor to every one , he is seasoned , he got the best hand I did all my suits with him and he dead a great job
