Yoga Studio

hesitant taking yoga with a few back issues then found the yoga studio has a very good group of instructors, Aylin collier's class is wonderfully challenging peaceful and very fluid. i would say give it a try you'll get hooked and want to go back as much as possible. i wish she had more beginner classes throughout the week. i have also attended Wendy and Tina's beginner classes as well. the classes in the morning are more personal with few students, wonderful teachers.

if they had beginner classes everyday i would attend. i feel amazing after the class
