- We understand the resale market! Buying, selling and liquidation of complete estates is our specialty. I have 20 years of retail and wholesale experience identifying and evaluating antiques, collectibles and residential contents. As the manager of the Calhoun Antique Mall since 1995 with over 70 dealers, I have studied, evaluated and SOLD antiques, collectibles and residential contents time and time again, whether retail or wholesale in an auction setting. Also, having an active roll in the auction galleries over the years, whether as a buyer, seller or auctioneer, I feel allows me to have the confidence and knowledge to handle any estate, large or small.

We are veteran estate sale shoppers and have been very impressed with Calhoun Estate Sales. Their sales are always well organized and fairly priced. David and Melissa are good people. We have gotten to the point that when we go to estatesales.net to look for sales around 30161, we look for their sales first. When my brother had to go into a nursing home and we needed to clear his house of years of collecting and pack-ratting, we called Calhoun Estate Sales. We were very impressed with how much work they put into cataloguing the house and shed contents, organizing them so they were salable, and taking great pictures for the web site. They worked with us every step of the way, and we would recommend them to anyone.
David did a great job organizing a sale for my parent's house after my mom's passing! The level of communication during all phases of the sale was great and much appreciated. I received a very fair settlement that was paid out in a timely manner. I would highly recommend David and his entire team!!

I have been to almost every estate sale in Northwest Ga. and I would have to say Calhoun Estate Sales are my 1st choice. I say that because the staff was so helpful, and they also loaded my furniture for me, and that was what got me!!! I give them 2 thumbs up!!!
THIS COMPANY HANDLES ESTATE SALES IN NORTH GA. I HAVE BEEN TO HIS LAST THREE SALES. THE PRICES OF THE ITEMS ARE GREAT AND THE STAFF IS ALWAYS HELPFUL,,,, WHAT I LIKE THE BEST IS THEY ALWAYS HAVE SOMEONE TO HELP LOAD OUT THE FURNITURE.
I have to say this auction does have some nice furniture. The food area has a great selection of food types not to mention how good the food is. The furniture goes for great deals which the auctioner calls a "Steal". There are many places to sit and the people are so nice,they help you with your every need let alone help you find your items. Hands down this is a great auction!
