Southkent Mini Storage

The gate doesn't ever work correctly. Won't go up even if you pay on time or have auto payments set up. Tglhe gate doesnt close properly everytime after you leave either. The manager ty at the southkent storage in Caledonia is terrible at his job and service was horrible. I would advise u to read and keep your copy of your agreement with him bc he will change it and use it to his advantage. Will never use this place again and recommend no one to use it.. the paved street is all cracked and bumpy with huge pot holes. The fence that's supposed to keep people out is all falling apart..partly the reason why my unit that I stored my car was found open. Despite his 24 hour servalence. If their was negative stars to rate this establishment they would have been chosen.
