U.S. Social Security Administration

I want this to be common knowledge to everyone that has the unfortunate experience of working with Renee. Renee rudely interrupts me and says "So what can I do for you?! Social Security Card, What?" I respond, "I'm explaining that, can I finish?" she snaps at me and I then ask "Is this how you treat everyone? Let me talk to your supervisor."

Renee yells for Kevin. The whole office can hear her yelling. Kevin is an armed guard who works at the front desk. Renee says, 'He needs to go, I don't like the way he is talking to me." I respond, "I didn't do anything wrong". I then ask for her name then tell Kevin that I will go. I make a comment saying "This is unacceptable" and Renee snaps back with, "Well its unacceptable the way you're talking to me". I am a disabled veteran who just medically retired from the Army. I am absolutely appalled that the Social Security Administration gainfully employs people, like Renee, who treat America's service members this way. Or, anyone for that matter.
