C Spire

As a United States service member, I really enjoy cspire services throughout the country. However, my phone was stolen and I needed to retrieve a SIM card to place in one of my spare phones. (I have an unlocked T-Mobile phone as well as an older model CSPIRE galaxy) . Mr. MIKE, was unpleased with my possession of the T-Mobile device and refused my Sim card altogether. After belligerently declaring that HE was the manager and HE makes the rules, he made negative notes on my account and was very aggressive about making sure that I could not get a Sim Card without buying a phone from his store(which is not cspire policy). I have been a customer for 4 years and I hold an account and have had multiple cspire devices. Personally, I feel THAT Mr. MIKE was BULLYING me into buying a phone that I did not need. I confirmed the cspire policy over the phone while speaking to him and again, he belligerently let me know that it was his rule(arms folded). This shed a very NEGATIVE image on the company
