Dunkin'

Was in the store this morning around 8:50 am. I was the only in the store watching while three employees waited on the drive thru only. After 5 minutes of waiting and no confirmation from any of them that I was even standing there. If it is to be a drive thru only then lock the door and put up a sign. Poor customer service and an even worse business model.

This is a great Dunkin' Donuts. Employees are friendly and the coffee always tastes fresh. I drive all the way across town out of my way to go here.

I filed a complaint with your headquarters about Military discounts and Federal employees discount. Over 3 weeks and I have not heard from the owner.

8 out of 10 times we go to get donuts they DO NOT have cake donuts. Also a good mang. Team should plan ahead when they get a big order from a store like walmart(employee reward program) that they need to make extra donuts so as to not take from the normal customer.

always a clean, friendly, and consistent service. give yourself an extra 5 or 10 minutes in the morning, though, because sometimes they lag behind a bit. I'm so happy butler finally has a DD! one complaint
