The staff is very knowledgeable and care about their patients wellbeing. Their flexible schedule allowed me to fit Physical Therapy around my busy work schedule and even gave me the option to schedule appointments on Saturday. When I started Physical Therapy, I had issues with the same area for almost a year. After going to physical therapy for 8 weeks, the pain was gone. I am fortunate that the pain has not returned. I am thankful for Forever Fit, their expertise has helped me become active again.

I am a patient who has had three back surgeries, the last one was a five level lumbar fusion. I began seeing Krista in November of 2008 at a different location.



Before finding Krista I had seen quite a few therapists , had epidural injections, been through acupuncture and aquatic therapy. I never had the level of treatment concerning; time, knowledge and professionalism from any other therapist / establishment, like what I receive from Krista and Forever Fit!



Every time my back or neck goes into spasm or there is a new pain issue, I go back to Krista. I had a difficult time finding her after she went out on pregnancy leave, but thankfully I left my phone number with her old employer and she found me!



Krista, takes time to explain things clearly to you, and also to take care of you; you don't have a line of people waiting next to you, or in the waiting room as you do in so many other places.



If you have pain issues, muscles are sore, a bone is coming out of a cast she knows what to do and then some.



Gina is there too, with her background on nutrition and wellness. So, Forever Fit Physical Therapy & Wellness LLC is the whole package.



I come to this establishment with two masters degrees, 14 years of experience as a head swimming and diving coach as well as a synchronized swimming coach. I would not give this kind of recommendation if It was not honest , sincere and unsolicited.
