Anion Blinds Direct

Be warned! It was an enormous mistake hiring this company. I will be uploading pictures of their awful install job but it also should be noted that their customer service is beyond the worst experience I've ever had. They damaged my walls without telling me, installed the wrong color shades, used unfinished wood products to mount the shades, and the list goes on and on. It was obvious that the install job was done unprofessionally and damage was done, however, what made everything worse was the way in which they responded. Instead of taking ownership of the mistakes and working with me in a positive manner to fix the issues and refund the rush install request due to the wrong shades being installed, they got into a very heated argument with me essentially refusing to accommodate their client in a professional manner.  I've never been involved in such an argumentative conversation for something so simple. It was shocking to say the least.  Lastly, when I informed them that I would be proceeding with another company, they simply never responded. I hope this serves as a valuable lesson for others who will not have to endure such awful levels of professionalism, service, respect and quality.

Anion Blinds installed the blinds on all of the windows in our house. 6 months after the installation we noticed several of the windows (about 12 windows) were either broken or difficult to open. Since our house was newly constructed and still under 1 year warranty, we called the window manufacturer to assess the problem and they notified us that the broken windows were due to incorrect installation of the blinds. The brackets that held the blinds were secured by screws that were drilled right thru the window balancers. The balancers and tension cords were damaged. We notified Anion Blinds and they confirmed it was their mistake. However, It has been an extremely frustrating process for us as we have yet to get them to fix the problems. The blinds were installed in 2009. It's February 2011 now and none of the windows are fixed despite numerous calls to Mike and Jackie Polka of Anion Binds. They no longer respond to us. A law suit will be filed. Avoid this company.

I recently hired Anion Blinds Direct because of their great prices. When they showed up to my home I was surprised with the wonderful service I received. I am so pleased with the new look of my windows! I would highly recommend them to anyone who asks.
