This place is amazing if you need help repairing old equipment or buying and installing a new fireplace. They helped us with a DIY stove install, walking us through the whole process! Their service visit was professional. The tech really knew his stuff and saved our old Vermont Castings Radiance stove. Thanks!

Bought a brand new unit from Donna & Norm. The new unit was a problem from the get go...Norm and Donna went above and beyond to get us a brand new unit to replace the defective one....Great customer service and great people to deal with....

****Buyer Beware**** Bought a fireplace screen from Firespaces Inc of Burnsville, MN located on N. River Ridge Circle. Product was brand new everything fine. Problem was it wasn't able to be installed into my fireplace; and this is where the problem began. Brought the unused product back and the husband and wife (very shady couple) were unwilling to return my unused product. Stated the product was a specialty order; not the case. Untrue they simply grab one the many catalogs in the show room and ordered the product. Simple enough if a customer is unhappy with a product it can be returned - Firespaces Inc does not have this policy must be hard up for money also they were very rude regarding the return. On the receipt it states clear as day on the bottom 'Returns Subject To Processing Fee' nothing written 'All Sales are Final' safe to say will never return to their shady mom & pop shop. Will keep my business at Home Depot and Menards were customers come first. Had a bad feeling being in the store to begin; not a good sign when the store owners teeth are yellow. Should have trusted my gut. *****Buyer Beware******
