Mark is very rude and blames the customer for everything. We were trying to work with him as we are a few weeks away from closing on a house and had permission from the current owner's to put up the fence, he was fine with it in the beginning then we began to not get any answers or replies back from e-mails. We explained to him that we are in a rush and needed it done by a certain date (My husband is active duty and we needed it done before we came home with our dogs) and he waited and became so hard to work with as the days went on. After finally getting a reply out of him he got very loud telling me that we are not the only clients he has (we have only gotten back in touch with him the past 2 days because we wanted to make sure it was going to be done) and told me that he will not be doing it anymore. All around just very very rude and I would NOT recommend this company to ANYONE.
