Disappointed in service and customer service. They applied an application on a day it was raining. There was no follow-up to check on service. Received a call about a year later asking for my business. When explaining my concern and why I was not going to use their service the customer service rep hung up. If the individual would have attempted to explain their process I might have been willing to give them another chance.
