        Service

        Visiting family in Washington and needed a rental car. They were very fast responding to my online reservation. Did not have much of a selection and were not in the 9.99 a day weekend rental promotion.
        Ended up with a small truck instead of a mid size car. Positive note the rate for the truck was the same as the car rate.
        Very nice reps in the store.
