Rude nasty and unprofessional. Driver rides around with a horrible female who is just as unprofessional. $250 to tow car for less than 15 minutes and then got nasty because we brought too much money and they "can't make change" but take cash only. Walked away paying a whole $5 less
Nasty to the people who's car they tow. You can tow a car but no need to act that way. Still representing a business; had you been a little nicer and at minimum professional would have remembered you if we actually needed a tow but now will forget all about you.

Charged my friend for towing her out of a handicapped spot when she had a handicapped placard. She simply forgot to put it on the mirror. They discriminate against people with disabilities and their people are unprofessional.

Towed my car, and had a horrible time getting it back. I tried to negotiate the price down since I did not have enough money, and I had to call my wife to bring more. Will not be using them for anything again.

The only tow company I've ever used. Great service and friendly people. Well run and everything is very well inventoried inside the storage lot. Once again I highly recommend them, they have never disappointed me in the 8 years I've lived here!!

Not sure if Alamance Towing is the best in the area, but they certainly are one of the best!! I've used 2 other companies and this one was by far the best experience I've ever had. The driver was professional and knowledgable and their equipment is very NEW, so I felt very comfortable with him leaving with my car. Too many of the other companies have old trucks, which makes one wonder if the truck will break down on the way to delivering your broken down car. Anyway, the price received was very reasonable and I now have a new business card on my fridge and one in my wallet... if I ever get stuck I'd call Alamance Towing again... so I thought everyone out there should know!!
