Yuck! 1.dirty. Ketchup smeared on outside of mens restroom door. Womens bathroom dirty. No table washing happening. Play place was torn up and filthy. 2. Terrible service. Forgot to give us kids meals. Told them ketchup dispenser was empty (twice from our group alone), never filled and an elderly couple trying to get some before we left still had none. I gave them our one remaining packet which was their solution apparently. 3. Food was stale and nasty. HARD chicken strips that were barely chicken at all and mostly overcooked breading from heating lamp. I ordered the four piece and got three "strips" and a hard inch long breading. 4. A teenage BOY entered the womens bathroom to clean it after asking if anyone was in there only to walk in on my hard of hearing mother in law. (we hadn't even complained about it's filthiness, perhaps someone else did). This place needs better management trainingand food /health safety to come in and close down
