Seven Happiness Tour Inc

I have joined bus tours from East coast and Canada. Among those, most of them are pretty good and have professional tour guides. This week, we joined a 3-day tours from Seven Happiness to Crater Lake in Oregon with couple families from Bay Area. This tour guide called Jason L. has make the worst experience that we ever have. First, we are constantly lost. The bus driver DO not know the route. We almost even have an accident the first day, because the driver almost cannot stop because the car in front make the left turn. We found out that he and tour guide DO not read/understand English even though they have 3 professional navigation systems turn on all the time. Second, is the worst part of the tour is we are having a unprofession and inconisderate tour guide. Not just he is not doing his job to tour us around, he is very inconsiderable. With most people sleeping in the bus(they only gave us 7 hours resting in the hotel), he turned the music(he bought his own CDs) and the microphone so loud that they hurt my ear. Two passengers requested to turn the volume down several times. Not just he cannot handle the situation professionaly, he constantly using "the rest of the passengers in the bus wants to hear it" as the excuse to make things worst. Personally, I did not enjoy his music, but as long as the volume is low, I dont mind. But the volume is so loud that sometimes it hurt my ear. The main place for this tour is Crater Lake. What he did was, he just drop us off and told us to come back an hour later, without even touring us around. Some of us missed several "main" visa place because no one told them. There are a lot of YELLING and ARGUMENTs during thte 3 days tours. The guide even told us that he is the boss for the 3-days tour, and we MUST listen to his intruction regardless.He also told us that he does not care any comments, because the boss cannot find the tour guide, so they have to keep him regardless what he did to the customers.. Once the tour guide collect the money, the AC of the bus was turned lower. Several of us has to request several times to turn on the AC.. Can you believe that?
