Visiting and thought we would try this local eatery, excellent. The staff is friendly, the food is great!!!

The food is pretty good, the service is okay. It is a little expensive for the amount of food you get. Don't go hungry.

Waiting for good food is one thing, but when you are quoted a 20 min deivery time and your food gets to your house 1hr15min later there is a problem. I called to check on the order and the manager answered the phone. I asked him how long my oreder would be because I had been waiting for an hr and my husband had to get back to work. He cut me off mid sentence. I told him to please let me finish. He told me it "was on its way". I told him that I was told that it would be delivered in 20 min, but an hour had passed. He said "when you order a pizza it takes 45 min." Well, I didn't order a pizza that had to be baked in an oven...I ordered a sandwich...a cold sandwich!! He then proceeded to tell me "I do not have a GPS attached to my driver for me to tell you when she will be there!" I have not ever been treated with such disrespect, especially from a manager!! In this economy, he should make customer service job #1. I will be taking my business elsewhere!!!
