Customer service is amazing at Metro RV. I had a good experience when I purchased my new travel trailer back in 2005 and I had another good experience this week when I needed help getting a copy of the sales contract from 13 years ago. Marisa in the business was very helpful. She was willing to spend the time to pull up the sales contract and email it me and she even followed up a bit later to verify I received it. I will definitely consider Metro RV again for my next purchase.

Hi It was my first time renting an Rv ever I was a little sceptical in renting from any company but I was referred to Metro by a close of mine and it turned out great I went in and the rental agent there helped me find an Rv that was suitable for my family and I and he gave us a really great price I had no idea how to operate an Rv and they showed me it was quick and simple we went to the Grand Canyon and all the way to Utah and back the experience was amazing and my family and I will definitely come back, I appreciate all the help that you guys gave us thanks again.

We had the roof replaced on our 31 ft. Class C Motorhome at Metro RV. The work was excellent and completed in a timely manner. The customer service was great as they explained in detail all the work they would perform and all related costs. After getting 3 estimates they were the most reasonable. This was a major repair and we feel that we got great value for our money at Metro RV. We are happy to give them a 5 Star rating.

We were on our road trip to San Fran and the generator wasn't working. So we googled an RV place and came across Metro RV. Best service!!! in 15 minutes they were able to help diagnose fix the problem and get us on our way in less than 30minutes!!!! Thank you... We are coming back for another repair after we come back after our road trip !!!!

I've rented motor homes and trailers from here, years ago but always had the best service ! The RVs are well taken care of !!

This was my first road trip with a trailer it was a blast! picked up the trailer in Burbank at Metro RV , The guys are really friendly and helpful definitely going to rent from them again. I recommend you speak to that guy was great and very helpful. Great experience for being out first time. Thanks Metro RV !!

Metro RV's parts and labor department is awesome. In service was truly legendary and helped us get rare parts, gave us great prices, and was beyond accommodating with our requests. I vouch for his sincerity and business practices.

I went in on a Saturday with my oldie but goodie camper/van without an appointment. I was packing for a trip and the electrical inside wouldn't work. The generator was running but no lights :( I was expecting to have a big electrical issue or connection problem, but it was just a "stupid girl's" mistake. Some plug and some minor issue. Totally fixed w/o a hassle or anything. Very helpful and courteous.

My wife and I have done business with the service department at Metro RV and have had a positive experience overall. They were out contact and they were terrific. We have a 2000 Rialta and used Metro RV to install a generator and AC/heater unit. Job well done. Reasonable prices. Will continue to do business with these fine folks.

These guys have done quite a few repairs on two of our vehicles. It's not always the most speedy, but it is good work. We keep coming back because of the convenient location too!

As first-time buyers, we did a great deal of due diligence on a purchase of this magnitude, including going to RV shows and multiple visits to other RV dealers. We kept coming back to Metro RV. Why? For starters, we found their sales staff to be friendly and accommodating. Our thanks go to Alphonso, who was very patient with us: answering our every-growing list of questions and letting us "tour" rig upon rig; looking for the perfect set-up that met our needs. When discussing price, we found Ray to be a fair and friendly negotiator; all parties felt a decent deal had been reached. And finally, we received incredible service when we took delivery of our rig. Danny made certain that every request we had was addressed. The staff spent a great deal of time reviewing every part of the vehicle with us and provided us with cell numbers in the event we had trouble. After our first weekend "dry camping" in our yard, we received a "check in" call to see how things went and if we had any questions. In our book, this is called "stellar customer service." We are only too happy to recomend Metro RV to our friends and family.

My husband and I recently rented an RV from this company for the first time in June. We usually rent from another large chain of rv rentals and they are ok but I was really surprised at the difference. The ones we used to rent are like U-haul trucks with furniture and a billboard on the side so everyone knows your in a rental. The difference with Metro RV is that they apparently rent RVs from private owners so you are getting someones personal RV to rent. So they are not like fleet rental vehicles. ( if that makes sense) The RVs they have are really really nice! Overall I was treated really well, They are busy so I waited a little longer than I was expecting but it was a holiday weekend so I guess that's to be expected. Overall the pricing was right and I had a really nice experience with them. I almost didn't rent because of some of the reviews I read but Im glad I did and was so happy with our experience I just felt I had to write a positive review. I think most of the time the people that have great experiences with companies dont always think to write a good review so I figured I would share mine :} I hope you try them too, for us and our family, we definitely will be back next year.

I took my TT into Metro for body damage repair. It was an insurance job and they completed it in 8 days including waiting for AAA adjuster. Outstanding job and polite service. I've been in the Auto repair business for 50 yrs. and I know good service when I see it, they were super - Highly recommend.

Went to get our RV serviced for today and everyone in the office was very helpful. I've never been in an RV or driven one. I'm not sure how I made it there with a 37' monster! None the less, this place rocks! One of the reps there helped us out and taught us a few things on preventative maintenance. Thanks bud! Come here to get your RV cleaned after the burn.

We took 2 trips this year in an RV we rented from here. Both were flawless. The RV was ready on time,( in fact, our July trip, we were offered to pick up the afternoon before we were scheduled to for free!) Helped me to pack and get ready with extra time and less stress. It is supposed to be a vacation afterall. The RVs are clean and newer models. Again worked with Cheryl who is simply awesome!

I bought my first trailer from Metro and the experience was great. With a few blemishes on my credit and being turned down by others I didn't expect much when my wife and I stopped by to look at a trailer listed on their site. They were very helpful and knowledgeable about operating each trailer. He help me get financed fast! Thank you Metro RV!

I just rented a motor home from here, and I have to tell you that they have some of the best customer service around. I didn't know a thing about renting a motor home at all, and I was a little scared coming in. I thought they would be like used car salesmen and try and push me into something I didn't want to rent, but they weren't like that at all! I went through Chris in the Rental Department (amazing!), and he was just so helpful with everything. He broke it down for me step by step and even helped me find RVs that were within my budget rather than out of it! All in all, a great experience. If you've never rented a motor home before, this is the place to go.

This has become my go to for dump and fill with a good flush. For $20 and a short drive here, it's worth it. The customer service is great to. Friendly and helpful. I haven't needed to get any other service but when I do, I'll come here. Some days I just head straight for the mountains after service and it's so close.

I've been here about 5 times in the last few weeks for miscellaneous things...a dump/flush, window gaskets, new locks, and various parts. The staff is really friendly and helpful and they answer all of my naive questions. Reasonable prices, good inventory, beats driving out to the bigger box stores and waiting for online shipping. Nice little Burbank business. I'm satisfied so far!
