With his rotten teeth, poor English and lack of any kind of decency, the presumably owner (who most likely is an illegal immigrant) shouts at the top of his lungs "I didn't do anything" when I questioned the completely ruined shirt, that he is now charging me for. Then decides that he "does not trust me" and will not hand over my ruined clothes without getting paid first. I wish I would have read the reviews before going here; horrible service by a couple of old, alcoholic, probably illegal Russians without teeth and any kind of acceptable behavior.

For $161 dollars worth of dry cleaning at one time shold have better customer service! The owners are running this place all day and they do not guarantee their work. Tried talking to them about something that was not done correctly and the first thing they do is yell at the top of their voice and say go somewhere else. I should have read the negative online reviews before going here. There was nothing good to say about them from both of their locations.

DO NOT GO TO THIS CLEANER. Took over $40.00 worth of dry cleaning there and right away, the girl noticed one of the shirts was not cleaned properly and told me to come back for it. My husband noticed one of his shirts had a big stain on it so I took that back. The young man starting telling me that we spilled something on it. When I told him we just picked this up, he became rude, pulled the shirt out of my hand, starting telling me I could not leave because he was not done with me and was very scary. When I told him I was not coming back he called me a b.... and told me to get the f... out. I think he was going to come across the counter and hit me. I think he has anger problems along with terrible service. I give them NO STARS.
