As far as the person that took me to court and won.. Well I did not lose any case in court in fact didn't go to court so would like to understand the basis if his/her complaint. And as far as the voucher from Eversave. We did get a very good response from Eversave , Living Social, and Groupon . It was in fact the response was do overwhelming and in our defense the ad was incorrect and the demographics were the issue. And we were unable to honor all of them. We were actually paying out to a point if near bankruptcy. We were mis-informed by these companies who actually sold the coupons and they indeed made the money we went into a deep hole.
The companies that sold the coupons are responsible for the refund they hold a percentage of the money for this exact purpose.
We since then have regrouped and are now providing the service to our customers that had once made us the number one sought out cleaning business in our area. We have provided a upstanding top cleaning service since 1998. And if you check further you will find we have never had a negative rating until the groupon coupon era. It was impossible to please everyone although we do try and give it our best. I must say our company has rated far above the rest. Please give us another chance to make things better. I actually took them to court and won but they did not pay the fine, and the court can't enforce these things. They did not show up on time, not even close, and kept my money I had to pay in "advance" even tho I was told if not satisfied I would get a refund. They should not be in business.
Don't bother calling them; apparently they don't want to provide service.
I heard about them on Eversave and purchased a voucher to try them out, since they were a local company. I was looking for a house cleaning service in our area. After multiple attempts to contact them to request my service (messages left at listed phone numbers and request for service form completed on their online site several times), I did not get one single response. Not a phone call, email, NOTHING. Now my voucher has expired and I am out the $70. I still have not heard back from them.
