I go there as well as multiple family members. I will give as accurate and through a review as possible, based on my and their experiences. My experience, has been ok. I look out for myself, thoroughly research my conditions and go in prepared. The staff is not friendly, and seems preoccupied and non attentive. The waiting room is hot and crowded with inadequate seating. I have to stand most times so more disabled people can be seated and be more comfortable. I've seen Dr. Nayer once for my initial evaluation, and I thought he was a nice man, and he seemed to listen to my concerns and got me in for all necessary diagnostic tests, however, after that first appointment, I've been working with his PA-C Temple Gupta, whom I also like and seems to have genuine concern for my problems, as they impact my daily quality of life. I am still working with her so I will write am updated review as that relationship progresses.



My mother in law on the other hand has severe neuropathy, arthritis of the neck and spine, a spinal cyst, possibly a Tarlov cyst, I have seen it myself on her MRI disc, lower back and hip pain, leg pain extending into her feet with numbness and loss of sensation. She has seen Dr Nayer, and ended up working with Scott Scheuermann, NP, who will not even look at the disk and won't take her concerns seriously. This is a major problem that will be dealt with, it's a healthcare professional's duty to listen and take into consideration a patient's viewpoints, feelings and fears. No one knows their body better than they do. Quality of care is definitely lacking at this facility, and it's a patient's responsibility to complain and let them know they need to do better. I find it extremely unprofessional, and hurtful that my mother in law has been left in a state of unaddressed agony for over a year, and she still can't get the NP to take her seriously when she has viable proof. It's simply shameful. Go here at your own risk, but be forewarned, and get copies of everything, and insist on proper quality of care. There are organizations out there you can complain to, who will investigate.

These people have the education, by God make them put it to use.

don't go there they screw you around and drag their feet on everything it didn't take but me and my husband getting upset with them to finally start seeing results they are not a good company and not worth my time and i hope that i will never have to go back to them again
