        The Mail Room LLC has been in Kingman for 26 years and decided to expand to the river area. They opened The Mail Room Express here in Bullhead City at 2580 Highway 95 Ste. 116 in Colorado Place, in December of 2010. They offer the following Personal and Business Services: Secure private mail box rentals, with after hours access, mail forwarding, parcel receiving from all carriers for mail box holders, copy service, fax service, document shredding service, packaging and shipping through Fedex and USPS, Notary service (coming soon), document scanning - paper to electronic file conversion and Regional Courier Service. They are a member of the local area Chamber of Commerce and Mohave Electric Cooperative. We support our Troops by collecting “Cell Phones for Soldiers” and participate in recycling ink jet and toner cartridges. Cell phones and ink and toner cartridges can be dropped on at our office. If you have a story about a local soldier, bring in a photo and story and we’ll add it to our “Wall of Honor”. We look forward to many great years in the Bullhead City area, stop in and say “Hi”.

        Overall

        I was in for a week from out of town and needed to receive a package via UPS. After speaking with the employees at the Mail Room Express over the phone we arranged to have the package delivered to their office so I could pick it up. On the day the package was to be delivered I saw that they refused to sign for the package when I tracked it online. I immediately called them, and they told me that they do not do business with UPS...OK, then why did we arrange that - additionally, there is no business to be done, the package simply needed to be signed for so I could come get it? Anyway they were nice enough to refer me to another business that would accept the package, which was done without a hitch the next day (accept for all the phone calls I had to make to have the package re-routed).



        The purpose of my review is simply to advise you to be 100% sure that they can accept a package for you before having it sent here.
