Crossroads Urgent Care Center

It doesn't matter where you go people are always going to complain. Me my wife and daughter go here when we can't get in to see are family Dr. We have always been treated for our. Illness well. Having worked in a high end urgent care in southern California where we would do minor surgery I know how staff could seem like they are being rude but that's not the case there is allot of paper work to do to get a patient information and insurance verified and put it the system so for the ladies that complain just relax and let the staff do there jobs or go to your family Dr.

Just don't understand people...they complain because they are rude and they want results immediately. Been here twice now, get out of bed and go early...never had a problem. They deal with rude people all day, I compliment and say thank you...and have patience. They diagnosed my problems twice correctly...better results than my regular doctor who took a week to get in. For those coming in at the last second - after 12 hours of hearing whining people...I would want to close on time also. The staff there are people also, not your slaves - treat them with respect.

Don't waste your time. I came into this office and sogned in. Rude receptionist could take 1 second to look up and acknowledge me, I say down and waited as 4 people behind me signed in. 30 minutes later I'm still waiting for her to even take my insurance card., meanwhile the people that got called after me are starting to get called to be seen by the doctor. I walk up to receptionist again and again she can't take a second to acknowledge me so I wait on front of her window for about 2 minutes boiling........ Then I said "I' m going to leave since you can't acknowledge me, take my insurance card and people that came in after me are getting called back. Instead of apologizing she starts to argue that since they put in a sign in time before me that they got called first. I guess it was to much to ask to go in the order that the names where on the list. I'll never go back!!!!!
