This store needs to be closed. I took a watch that has a very specia meaning for me to get the crystal fixed. When I came in to pick it up it was missing half of the time marks. The old man in the store was really rude and told me that he was going to keep my watch because I did not want to receive it in that condition. He was screaming at me saying that it was like that when I took it to get it fixed. This was the first time this watch was opened and they not only messed up more but did not want to give back to me. If I went to get my watch fixed is because I wanted it to be in good condition not for them to get it worse. This store is completly spam and it gives Mall of GA really vad reputation. Do yourself a favor and do not go there.

First off if I could give this place no stars I would! These lying prick Indian scam artists told me how much of a great deal I was getting on my wife's engagement ring and how much it was a great ring. Needless to say 6 months after I bought the thing the stones started falling out of the ring! So I took it to a rimg store near my house and they told me how much of a low quality ring it was and how I would always have to deal with the stones falling out. So after taking the ring back and confronting the old guy about how he sold me a piece of crap his son jumps up and starts sayin how it's my fault that the stones fall out. So let's just say it was a big yelling match in the store, and after all that the old guy wanted me to upgrade the ring to something different...wow! Please people save your money and DO NOT GO TO THESE SCAM ARTISTS AND MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID! RUN FROM THIS STORE!!!!!!

Do not buy engagement rings from this store. They will not provide you with valuable information about buying a ring and you will end up with something with subpar quality. I got a ring from them and ended up being of low quality, they promised to mail me the certificate of authenticity and ring appraisal and it never came; after a month I called them and the manager told me that they didn't have my address. Went to the store to pick it up myself and go figure; my address was perfectly printed on the pice of paper they gave me, and let's not mention that my address was also written on the receipt they had.

So, if this people can tell you lies about not having your records imagine what else are they not telling you about your ring.

Do yourself a favor; save loads of money and visit reputable stores before going to this store, I'm sure they will give you all the information you need in to be able to buy a great ring for your girl (guy).
