Bush & Bush Towing

Called for a tow, we had an F350 Flatbed going 21 miles and were told about $300. Once they arrived we were told we couldn't ride in their truck and had to call an Uber for a ride. They never said a word about that in the 3 phone calls we had before that. We had a ride coming and told the drive to go ahead and leave, instead, he sat there and waited and charged us $90 for that, $22 to run a cc and charged us $8 a mile and $195 to load the truck!!! Total bill for 21 mile tow $475!! I could never recommend them, STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!!!!

After breaking down on the side of the road I was referred to Bush and Bush Towing by a local shop. He handled my lowered car with the proper care and made sure to take extreme precaution while handling my car which is only a few inches of the ground. would recommend this company to anyone with a modified car and in need of extreme precaution while handling a vehicle.

Was recommended his towing service by the garage I was sending my son's car to for repair. Called Homer and he quoted $100.00 for the tow. After arriving and loading the vehicle, he said it would be $150.00. His explanation was the vehicle wouldn't go into neutral and the extra $50.00 was to cover the cost of the $2.97 bottle of Dawn Dishwashing liquid to let the vehicle slide down the flat bed when he arrived at the garage. I then told him I have been around most of Gwinnett County's wrecker services (Lance, Willard, Statewide,etc) and they never upcharged anyone for doing their job. Was very disappointed and would not recommend. He did speak nicely when I complained and was not argumentative.
