They have too many "we can't take this or there's a week hold on that" rules, the head cashier isn't very friendly, and they make you join (and then keep a $25 minimum balance in savings) to use their Notary Public service, which is illegal. (That's why it's a Notary PUBLIC service. They can charge a nominal fee of $2.00, but not make you join their CU.)

I can see why,poor customer service..
