TK Nails Salon

Thought I would give this nails salon a try since it was close to my house. Number one warning sign should have been that there was not a soul in the place when my mother and I walked in. We wanted to get nice pedicures and myself a manicure for our upcoming Florida trip. First off, there were two nail technicians, husband and wife, present. As one would think, one of them would work on each of us. Wrong - the woman did my pedicure first and when asked why her husband wasn't helping her and doing my mothers pedicure, the woman nicely replied that "he doesn't feel like working today." That was odd and unprofessional. Nonetheless, my mother, and another customer who walked in wanting services, had to wait until this woman finished my feet to get worked on, even though there was another able body working. Secondly, my gel manicure turned out to be a disaster. After almost two hours, two pedicures and one gel manicure for myself we were out of there. I am so upset to report that my gel manicure starting peeling the day after I got it!!!!!! This never happens. Moral of the story, if it's a good gel manicure you are looking for and prompt service, do not go to TK Nails.
