I purchased a $3,000 curved waterslide from Tent and table. The slide liner tore on the first setup.Also the velcro wpuld fall down and Rash the kids up really bad!! Sent emails, phone calls for 5 weeks, never contacted back. Finally did contact about unit 2 more weeks of putting me off. They will not stand behind their warranty, claim no one else had this problem with this slide. Then they stopped answering emails, blocked me from their facebook page and cut all ties of communication with me. So now I and stuck with this useless $3,000 waterslide .. don't not buy from them !!

Customer service is awful.

But they make big promises.

Refunds back to my customers, hundreds spent on repairs

Company claims they never had any problems, they must not read thier reviews!

Never reimbursed or compensated for the money I spent with this joke of a supplier

Horrible customer service. Purchased inflatable slide and it started to fall apart after 6 months. Bought December 2013 and by June 2014 it was shredding apart. Big promises but they dont stand behind their fake warranty. Dont use them they have only junk!

We wanted to make everyone aware that this company does not stand behind what they sell....they don't have the customer service or the satisfaction guarantee like they say they are committed to giving their customers.

We purchased a bouncy house from them for our business (and we have purchased many in the past from ninja jump) and this one barely held up for 6 months. From experience these bouncys should last a lot longer than that. We contacted them and they kept giving us the run around for weeks!!! We weren't even asking for our money back, we were just asking them to replace an item that was defective that they sold to us. They had no problem taking our money, but they definitely had a problem with fixing the defective item that they sold to us.

NO INTEGRITY!! Spent over 10 thousand dollars with Tent and Table. I bought a Wild Rapids Slide that fell apart after two months of use. They will not stand by their warranty and Mark has been giving me the run around for 5 months. They do not return calls and now I have a 4 thousand dollar waterslide that is useless. I am very disappointed with the customer service. Shady business to say the least.. BUYER BEWARE!
