Pine Harbor Apartments

'Overall Review:These Low income housing project well known as: Pine (slum) harbor apartments which is currently being poorly managed by an rude, incompetent, extremely unprofessional, slum-landlady and along with her unskilled,incompetent maintenance crew whom really should not be employed with doing any types of repair/maintenance job assignments on units/building @ all'!!!... Basically the overall view of this building is that it really should be in the full processes of being condemed/demolished after 40' -something- years of operation due to poorly managed, run down,extremely poor living conditions throughout their building/units, (Future Renters whom are active section 8 voucher holders, 'Do not bother to waste your money, sec 8 voucher or even time leasing here?....Pine Harbors Apartments are definitely not worth it'!!!).....
