Payless Car Rental

The agents were friendly, car was nice but had a few dings, and the price was right. Prompt pickup at Buffalo airport in van.

I arrived and there was only one person there. I was late going somewhere and I needed my car right away. She apologized but said she had to drive people to airport....Ed shorthanded. She left us there alone in an unoccupied office. 10 seconds after she left a payless van pulled up, but he informed me he wasn't able to sign out cars! I asked of they had radios... The girl should have known me was pulling in as he arrived....he said they didn't have radios and had no way to communicate! Really? Car had bad stain on seat and cigarette burns. One note is the girl was a pro.... Shorthanded, but handled it well and was couteous.
