Interior Furniture Warehouse

I just used All star movers on Sunday Feb1, not only were they on time they were quick. The team lead by Supervisor Luis were careful with my furniture,and help set it up. Thank you to the boys at All Stars. Will use again.

Spoke with Debbie and told her that I had moved a light prior to All Star Movers moving my mother's things to the basement of my her new house. At the end of the day, after the movers had left, that light was stolen. I spoke with Debbie and she was not helpful at all. She said there was nothing she could do for me. I asked her again to address this situation. She said she would have to speak with her movers and that she would get back to me. She never returned my phone call. Terrible service! Would not recommend to anyone!

I am requesting the owners of All Star Movers/Interior Furniture located at 475 Rhode Island St, Buffalo, NY 14213, Mr. Peter and his daughter Ms. Debbie to refund my money in the amount of $287.00 which I paid on April 28th 2010 for the original futon CST#300118. Today is July 22nd 2010 and I still have received my futon or a refund. Can anyone please help resolve this matter since I have suffered 2 strokes and loss of speech. The owners are very nice folks and they are good to me, but if they cannot provide the futon ordered, they should have the decency to refund the money immediately. Their excuse is that the futon CST#300118 is on back order, which is quite the contrary from the information rec'd from Coaster Furniture which manufactures this particular futon. It's been 3 months od utter frustration and excuses on the part of All Star Movers/Interior Furniture that I have been unsuccessful in either getting my futon or a complete refund with interest accrued.
