They had my car for a month and did a half assed job. Now I have to go through the trouble of getting their mistakes fixed with another mechanic.

Don't let them tow your car. They showed up when my daughter got in a car accident and offered to tow the car. She gave them the name and location of the collision shop we use and they agreed to take it there. Later when we were at the emergency room with my daughter we get a call from them telling us they have our car down town at their shop on Cherry Street. They claimed our shop was closed for lunch. When I called our shop this wasn't true. Our shop has dealt with them before and said they tow peoples cars then charge $600-$800 to release the car. It should be a crime.
