I bought some carpet from Jimmy at the Walden avenue store for my new house to be installed before moving in. He was very helpful showing me the right selections for my budget, never trying (too hard) to up sell me above my comfort level. He DID convince me to purchase a more expensive padding, but man for the money I paid I can really feel the difference.

When we got close to my move in date there was a delay in getting the carpet shipped in time. Jimmy got in touch with the people in the installation department to help out with our deadline. They pulled some strings, got an amazing installation crew to add me and get all of my carpet installed the day( into the evening) before moving in.

All I can say is everyone I dealt with at Custom Carpet were extremely professional and courteous. We will definetely purchase from them again when we're ready to get the kitchen floors replaced.
