Just moved back to Buffalo from the West Coast . These guys have been around forever, I remember when they were taxi only, now they mostly do medical transportation. Every driver I have had has been courteous and professional. Also, the cars have always been clean. You can tell they're really trying, and it shows. They're the only ones who have a dedicated customer service professional who will call you back.
