        How is this place getting 5 stars? Called and said they would be here in 10 minutes. Kept saying they would be here in 10 minutes. Gave up at 45 minute mark. They finally came after an hour, making me miss my appointment. Never again.

        I had to take a taxi to and from work, from Buffalo to Niagara Falls, this week. I was having car troubles and this company met and exceeded my expectations. The driver, Craig, was very polite, professional, and knew the area well. He owns a very clean taxi and it smelled nice. He has portable DVD players for passenger viewing enjoyment with many varieties of movies to watch during your travels. If I wasn't wanting to view a movie, we listened to the music of my choice, jazz. He was very understanding in my situation and we worked out a really reasonable weekly rate. Thanks again, Craig, for the wonderful service you provided to me. I would definately recommend this company!
