Doctors ate never on time: be prepare to wait average an hour past your appointment time for the doctor to see you. Customer service overall can use improvement as the nurse ate less than friendly.

The doctors are nice, but the people in the call center are just out right rude. No personality whatsoever. They really turn patients off. I called because i've been sick. They could have a little sympathy with those of us who call in. Just ridiculous. I love my General Physician. But the 'suuport' staff are awful.

I am switch physicians after about a year with this lifetime health practice. The secretaries are rude, mean, and some are just down right nasty. The pharmacy.......forget it, I tried to have them send my prescription to a closer location and I was given the run around multiple times. Even when I have picked up prescriptions at their location, they where horrible. Along with their family practice and pharmacy departments I have also had bad experiences with their laboratory as well as their urgent care and the doctor in the urgent care that day...... My regular doctor is great,but I cannot deal with this down right nasty behavior from everyone else in the facility.

I do not recommend this facility to anyone if they have the option to go elsewhere.

loved the doctor, however, the secretaries and lab technicians i have come in contact with whether it be over the phone or in person have been very rude, impersonal, and overall unhelpful.
