Similar experience that the other reviewer had. Had my chipper for 3 months and still not fixed. Said I caused the damage by putting steel object through it, which is completely untrue with no facts to back up the allegation, apparently trying to void my warranty with Tractor Supply. Basically called me a liar multiple times and hung up on me. I instructed TSC to retrieve chipper so I could take to another repair shop. All the good reviews on google must be from friends and family because this guy is a joke of a business owner.

As a business owner of a high traffic establishment I know the importance of keeping my business name reputable and how any bad reviews can slowly chipaway from your potential income.

NOW .. Im Feeling a little uncomfortable with the conversation l was listening to while dropping off my lawnmower ..about a client that called to check on the status of his mower and how it was pushed off to the side because of the clients Inquiry.

driving 30 miles to drop off my husqvarna riding lawn mower I thought I'd take the chance to get mine repaired.

Big mistake.

Called two weeks after dropping it off.
I recieved a rude answer telling me..
" I'll get to it, when l get to it.
And I'll call you when its done"

I clammed up and let that go.

Two more weeks passed l called and l received the answer ...
If you would have bought your husqvarna here with us, it would already have been done.
then l was hung up on

Very rude,
very unprofessional, and would not recommend this place.

I'm reporting this to the BBB.
And writing a review in Yelp this is no way to treat potential customers.
